I am Director of Therapy of a Democratic Therapeutic Community accredited by Community of Communities of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. I am also involved in teaching/training front-line staff working with people with longstanding emotional and relationship difficulties, and further maintain a small private practice providing supervision and working with individuals.

In addition to having a PG Dip in Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Counselling accredited by Middlesex University, I have a Diploma with distinction in Integrative Supervision with NAOS Institute.

I take an integrative approach to counselling/psychotherapy and draw on the theory and practice of a number of modalities: Attachment; Buddhist Psychology; Dialectic Behaviour Therapy; Interpersonal Neurobiology; Life Coaching; Mindfulness/Meditation; Psychodynamic; Psychosynthesis; Psychodrama; EMDR; Somatic Experiencing.
