Sue Holland is a UKCP registered psychotherapist and has been practising since 1992. She is also a licensed Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, licensed coach, supervisor and trainer. As a psychotherapist Sue works with a diverse range of adult clients, long and short term, including clients suffering trauma; bereavement; anxiety; addiction; sexuality issues; abuse; depression; relationship difficulties; work related stresses and with trainees from various trainings. As a coach and consultant, Sue works and trains internationally with adult individuals and teams at all management levels. She also coaches private individuals on energy management and creative development. She has BUPA provision.
Sue’s core working philosophy is psychosynthesis. During her many years practising she has been influenced by and integrated Somatic Experiencing; psychodynamic; Gestalt; existential; person centred and CBT theories and practice. Sue is experienced, creative and open-minded.
Sue is director of On Purpose Consulting Limited, an international training and consultancy organisation. Sue is a senior faculty member at The Institute of Psychosynthesis, London.
Sue’s most recent interest is energy management for health and wellbeing. She is currently training in and teaching Energy Psychology, including AIT (Advanced Integrative Therapy). Sue practices qigong – which literally means cultivating energy – she is a keen cyclist and swimmer.
Sue also runs bespoke training workshops.
She works in private practice as a coach, therapist and supervisor.
