Training to be a Psychosynthesis counsellor was a vocational choice which I made in mid-life and I have now had my own small one-to-one counselling practice for over 10 years.
Whilst a highly practical and grounded psychology, the strength of Psychosynthesis is that it holds a spiritual context which embraces every aspect and level of human experience. It is a way of working with psychological challenges that fosters self-knowledge, self-acceptance and self-empowerment. It draws out the wisdom and inner sense of direction that each person has, but which gets buried by the demands of everyday living.
Both from my own experience of being helped and from working with many clients, I have seen its power to inspire a new relationship with the past and a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with the present.
I welcome enquiries from people who are serious about their own development and willing to start taking responsibility for their lives.
