Randy is an integrative psychotherapist with a primary training in Psychosynthesis and supplementary trainings in EMDR (Certs 1-3) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy in which he’s soon to complete an Advanced Integrative Training (Level 3). Drawing on his long history with Buddhist psychology and meditation, and over 12 years experience working with complex trauma in therapeutic communities in the NHS and the prison system, Randy helps people reframe difficulties as psychospiritual opportunities to deepen their relationships and expand their potential.

Randy has a special interest in working with trauma and spirituality in the body, using an array of techniques including mindfulness, guided imagery, parts work (subpersonalities, Internal Family Systems) and movement. Offering: psychotherapy, coaching, supervision, group work, training and consultancy.
