Lei Myo Oo

I am a qualified and BACP accredited counsellor with experience in long and short term counselling.
I take a Psychosynthesis and an integrative approach with my clients and my work embodies some Gestalt, Jungian and Psychoanalytic theories. I work very much with my clients to build a bridge between what has happened in their history, to how they would like their lives to be, while holding an awareness and working with where they are at this current moment.
I am originally from Burma and spent most of my life in Lancashire. I have been living in London for 17 years and have a background in media, broadcast and television.
My counselling experience and training has encompassed The Miscarriage Association, Mind, Childline, The Place 2 Be and The Student Placement Service (within PET).
I have been counselling since 2005 and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust (PET) which is affiliated with the University of East London.
I am currently undertaking a MA in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy with the Institute of Psychosynthesis.
